STAYERY, a leading serviced apartment brand, is expanding its presence in Berlin with the addition of 121 serviced apartments in the Schultheiss Quartier, located in the vibrant district of Mitte. The brand has partnered with HGHI Schultheiss Quartier GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of HGHI Holding Group, to convert office space into these modern living spaces.
The Schultheiss Quartier, which opened its doors in August 2018, is a mixed-use development that combines retail, dining, and office spaces on the former site of the Schultheiss Brewery. The conversion of office space into serviced apartments aligns with the changing needs and preferences of today’s business travelers, remote workers, and tourists.
The apartments, set to be completed by 2026, will cater to both short and long-term stays. Each unit will feature a comfortable living and sleeping area, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Additionally, residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a communal lounge area with a self-service kiosk, a coworking space, laundry facilities, and a rooftop terrace.
Hannibal DuMont Schütte, the managing director of STAYERY, expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, “Berlin is the perfect place for the further expansion of our brand. STAYERY offers the flexibility and comfort that modern business travelers, remote workers, or young tourists need.” He also emphasized the brand’s commitment to repurposing office space to meet the evolving demands of the market.
With the addition of these serviced apartments, STAYERY continues to establish itself as a prominent player in the hospitality industry, offering high-quality accommodation options for those visiting Berlin’s dynamic Mitte district.
