The platform assists management in making informed decisions regarding promotions, performance and pay reviews, and team design. By combining data science and behavior science, SeenCulture helps businesses identify and harness the potential of their overlooked and underestimated talent.
With over 1,500 users already benefiting from its services, SeenCulture has established strong partnerships with renowned companies such as Atlassian and Culture Amp. Despite being a relatively young company, SeenCulture has already gained recognition and support from prominent figures within the industry. Having been part of the prestigious Techstars accelerator program in Sydney, SeenCulture received an initial investment of $120,000 from angel investment syndicate Cut Through Angels.
