Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred earlier today in Plumstead. The incident, which took place near Lakedale Road, resulted in damage to a vehicle as a result of a firearm discharge. Thankfully, no victims have been identified at this time.
Authorities were alerted to the incident at approximately 1:07pm on June 14th. Upon arrival at the scene, officers, including armed police, established a cordon around Lakedale Road to ensure the safety of the area and those involved.
While the investigation is still ongoing, no arrests have been made, and police are continuing to gather information about the circumstances surrounding the incident. Detectives are appealing for any witnesses or individuals with information to come forward and assist with their inquiries.
